12/17/11 Possiable Comeback Date for Gina Carano

On December 17, Strikeforce will host its last event for 2011. Wrestling Observer reported that Gina Carano is scheduled to make her comeback return on that date at an undisclosed location.

The December Strikeforce show is set for 12/17. Gilbert Melendez vs. Jorge Masvidal for the lightweight title plus Gina Carano are targeted for that show.

Gina Carano has been reported to be back in training after having a setback earlier in June due to a medical condition. Scott Coker said previously that “the card for December is filling up” so its a matter of time till they officially announce who will be in the December event.

Finally! I was beginning to think that this was never going to happen.

gina, you rock! if you let your feet go and power punched behind them and not let her up when you had her in full-mount you would have owned chris. everyone falls. i’m a boxing fan and my fav male boxer is lenox lewis who after getting bashed by critics for his two early-round ko’s came back to avenge them both w/ko wins. thats much more of a champion then being undefeated.i can’t wait to see you back! i can’t wait to see you in the movies.
