Well my head exploded with you guys talking about space and time and things happening at one place but was different from another and i was already frustrated so that just made it worst...I apoligize for that you guys. Hope you can forgive me. :-\

".....Angelique, she got kicked in the head, but shook it off. Then Tonya tried another head kick but Angelique dodged it and retaliated with a SUPERMAN punch. Tonya was angry so she just started running at angelique pumping her fists. She had Angelique backed up against the cage and she made a swift move to get her back off the cage and Tonya punched the cage and screamed in agony as her fists hit the cage. Angelique then saw the perfect moment to capitalize on it and grabbed Tonya by the hair and kneed her to the face". Tonya was out cold. Then the giant bird that picked up Dante before, which is now named "Bruce" came back and picked Tonya up and flew her away. Everyone was bewildered by the scene, but the next fight was.......

Gina. She stepped forward, looking tuff and ready to go, for her next opponent. Then out of nowhere the members of the gina carano fan site appears out of nowhere cheering her on. Smoke spewed out from the ground in front of Gina. A fist comes flying out of the smoke hitting Gina in the face as she flew ten yards away. Gina, being a tuff fighter, shakes off the hit and sees Kelly Kobald. "AHHHHH!" yelled mkygod "Sorry, it looks like someone beat her with an ugly stick!" Gina laughed a little, but Kelly wasn't happy. She ignores mkygod and focused her attention to Gina. "I'll brake you!" she said. Gina replies back with...

....."Wait!!! i wasn't suppose to fight you i was suppose to fight cyborg. Then Kelly Kobold reaches for her back and pulls down a zipper....then to everyone's surpise Cyborg is standing. Cyborg was wearing a kelly Kobold costume. Then.....IT WAS ON!!!!!!! Gina and Cyborg were trading blows back and forth. Then Cyborg dodged a punch and went with an uppercut that had a direct hit on Gina's chin. Gina fell to the ground and Cyborg started her ground and pound but Gina was still defending herself. Everyone thought Gina was done then Dante shouted out" COME ON GINA I HAVE FAITH IN YOU I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!" That raised Gina's spirits and she flipped cyborg over, but cyborg had Gina's head clinched. Dante then shouted out "FINISH HER!!!" Gina found the strength from Dante's soul to POWERBOMB Cyborg! Cyborg was knocked out cold instantly. Everyone shouted with glee....Next up was......"

"Bastiaan, otherwise referred to as Bast, much to his disapproval. Everyone was wondering who he'd have to take on, when Dana White appeared before him in a puff of smoke. Bastiaan thought this must be some kind of joke - what did Dana know about fighting for himself? Bastiaan though this was going to be easy, so he waited for Dana to make the first move.  Dana stepped towards Bastiaan, and rocked him with a nice right hook, which sent him stumbling backwards. Bastiaan regained his composure and blocked another right hook from Dana. He started throwing punches of his own. Faster than what anyone could process what was happening, Bastiaan had submitted Dana with a flying triangle. No one knew how or when this exactly turned around, but before they could wonder too long about it, the ground once again opened up, swallowing Dana, kicking and screaming the entire way. Now it was time to..."

In the one training session we had, the coach was teaching it to us. It's pretty basic, just needs a lot of practice.

There's different ways of doing it. Kinda difficult for me to explain. Go search in YouTube for it, and there's bound to be some videos there.
