Okay, so I have to work 31 hours the weekend of the fight... I want to take the Sunday off, but I need to find someone to work in my place so I need to do that asap... What's the time zone in San Jose? Anyone know?

Hmmm. I'm apprehensive about the weight issue most of all. I don't want Gina to try and lose too much weight on weigh-in.
For sure Cyborg is a tough opponent, and this worries me a bit. But then I remember that Gina is a great fighter and she has the heart to win in a tough fight like this. Skill-wise, Gina can win this. It's the weight that bothers me...

I got to hear Gina's press-con statement, and she refused to disclose her weight, which is what bothers me  -- or this is just me making an issue out of nothing -- I hope this is the case! :)

Yup, I agree, both have to make weight for this fight, or else face serious consequences.

Gina is a great fighter, and I think she could be greater -- this Cyborg fight is a test. And they have to go through with this as much for themselves as for the entire women's MMA.

Thinking of this fight, I go from hope to despair and back again, hopefully I can think straight while watching the fight. Lol :))

Don't worry about the weight issue from Gina's side, she'll be fine. I can't comment on Cyborg's though, as I don't know much about her... We need to have faith in Gina. She knows what's at stake, and what she's doing. So let the weight issues go...

I'm nervous, yet excited about this fight too - I guess only time will tell. Even if Gina doesn't win (which I'm sure she will), that doesn't mean that she's lost. She'll still be a winner, 'cause getting in that ring every time isn't easy, especially with a fighter like Chris.

You're right Phoenix :) Life should be about faith -- not fear.

Cyborg is a tough opponent, but so is Gina. I surf around the net and know that some people think that this is Cyborg's fight to lose. I'm hoping for Gina to prove them wrong. :)
