I wouldn't mind having a personal chef - I'm not a fan of cooking, unless I'm cooking with someone. Baking I don't have a problem with, but that's because I end up eating half the thing before it's even complete, haha!

I really like this site too.  In fact, I was quite upset that the WiFi in my hotel was crap over the weekend which meant I couldnt post.    :'(

For sure, as long as you have a good teacher so you can learn the basics the right way.  If you develop bad habits early on, it makes your riding difficult later on.  And it doesnt hurt to have a few friends who are advanced more than you to push you some.  Otherwise you'd never want to leave the easy runs.    ::)
